Should you accept a friend request from your maid?

How do you accept friend requests in general? Apply the same thinking here as well, in my case if I know her very well and if she is just like a friend or the person I would want to stay in touch with then I will accept. Otherwise I wouldn't want my newsfeed filled with random people posts which I don't really care about.
