I would say the minimum is 7 to have a thorough job done, 5 days is too short as it was after the 5th day that I felt the significant weight loss. Anything more than 7 days - the more the merrier! It relaxes you amidst the hectic schedule of feeding your baby, gives you space to escape mentally and keeps you sane from the pressures of the outside world. :) I would have taken the 10-day package of my hubby wasn't paying for it. Heartpain for his money. Haha!
The "standard" is 7 days. According to the massage lady I hired, extensions (10 or 14 days) are usually only required if the mother did not do a proper postnatal massage for the previous pregnancy. Why don't you book a 7 day package and extend it if you have the extra cash and need the massage?
7 days would be good and it's advisable to try out the massage first and you can still extend your massage after that.
The longer is the package the better and easier to see the results. Otherwise, 7 days will be sufficient.
