The mini nuna sena is a smaller version of the standard playpen, so I would think that there would be no difference in terms of stability. The standard playpen is quite heavy though (10kg). The mini can fit a child up to 18 months old, so I'd go for the mini and switch to a toddler bed after 18 months. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fzKsEo0vzNo

I have the Baby Bjorn playpen / travel cot and I love it. My BFF has the Nuna sena (normal sized) and it's really lightweight to carry, easy to put up/fold away, sturdy and has two heights, so great for smaller infants as well as toddlers. I would not go for the mini version as your bub will outgrow it really quick.
