Should i allow my 3 wk old baby sleep alone in his cot and in his own room? Or should a caregiver sleep with him in the same room?

Yes. U should let him slp in his own room so tat he can learn to be independent when he grows up & wont stick to u when they need slp. But muz monitor him. Mine oso slps alone. We hv a baby monitor. U can consider getting one as u can monitor him even if u r in e kitchen.
