Any mommies had kombucha? I'm 36 weeks now and just had a cup of kombucha from tea pulse..
The shop mentioned there should be no alcohol as its exposed to oxygen.the same as kimchi..

Hi, I didn't drink while pregnant - there's minimal alcohol, but there's caffeine in it from the tea. In terms of bacteria, commercial kombucha should be generally safe I think. I used to homebrew kombucha and read it can be quite dangerous as bad bacteria could grow if not brewed right.
