green tea didn't work well with me. it lowered my bp somehow, makjng me giddy. I actually blackout twice due to low BP. after I stopped green tea totally, BP was manageable level

Hi sis, can add fully boiled egg or fried egg as well.. good to have egg daily

How about adding chicken breast for some healthy protein?:)
