Spotting atau period tak lawas

Alamak, stressful kan bila tak sure apa ni, I get it, buntu gila! A few of my mum friends pernah alami spotting coklat macam tu, and it boleh jadi hormonal changes, stress, atau timing issue dengan haid, tapi since yours dah berpanjangan 4-5 hari, I think better you check with your gynae just to be safe, especially bila UPT negative. She can do a proper check and tell you if it's something minor or if you perlu follow-up. Jangan stress lagi lepas jumpa doctor okay, likely nothing serious tapi best to rule out!
