Selain daripada senaman dan berjalan pelbagai cara, saya ada juga terbaca, makan buah kurma dan minum air pati delima sgt membantu. Share sikit pengalaman. Berapa biji sehari dan berapa ml air delima sehari nk ambil. Air kelapa membantu dak? Saya tak sure air selusuh tu bantu mcm mana. Kalau air zam zam?? Ada lain lagi ke? Berapa weeks baru boleh try mknn dan minuman rutin ni? Thanks mommies

Aww dear, for specific details like exact dosages and timing for dates, pomegranate juice, and all those remedies, I'd really suggest checking with your doctor or midwife, they'll know what's safest for you especially since pregnancy can be so different for each mum, and they can tell you from which week onwards is best to start. What I can share is that many of us mums do try these traditional things (dates, coconut water, herbal drinks) throughout our third trimester, but honestly, the most important thing is staying hydrated, eating well, staying active, and listening to your body, wishing you all the best with your journey, and do enjoy the process!
