First Trimester 5 weeks nausea

This is my second pregnancy. The first pregnancy was super smooth sailing without many symptoms. Currently 5 weeks. The following symptoms all feel new to me. Earlier once in a while I'll have some nausea feelings. But it stopped. Suddenly these two days I'm feeling very very under the weather. Once in a while I have this feeling of puking but nothing happens in the end. Not even dry vomiting. It stopped for a while, then happened again. I just have a very bad feeling that I'll be experiencing extreme nausea soon. Has anyone had such similar symptoms before? Or does anyone nausea come at a later stage?
