2nd pregnancy

Second pregnancy, around 8 wks now. Compared with my first pregnancy, I felt so much more tired. 1st trimester felt like 3rd trimester in my first pregnancy. Is this something that I should be worried about? I’m scheduled for my first gynae check up next week.
