Hi sis, I had c-section before also and the first few days can feel quite strange around the tummy area, like burning, tightness or hot sensation because the muscles and nerves are still healing from the surgery. Back pain also quite common since we tend to move differently and carry ourselves awkwardly after the operation. But if the area is getting more painful, very red, swollen, has discharge, or you also get fever, then better go back and let the doctor check the wound to be safe okay. Otherwise, gentle movement and resting as much as you can usually helps a bit.
