I also had 2 C-secs! But I didn't experience burning feeling. but I would think it is actually quite common after a C-section, since your body is going through so much healing at that layer, since the surgery cuts through several layers of tissue, so that warmth and sensitivity around the wound area is often just part of the inflammatory healing process. That said, do keep an eye on the incision itself, if you notice redness spreading, swelling, or any discharge, that's worth flagging to your doctor sooner rather than later, as it could point to an infection. For the back pain, a lot of it likely comes from the spinal anaesthesia wearing off unevenly, weakened core muscles, and honestly the way we end up hunching over to carry and feed the baby, my friend who had her second section said the back pain actually hit her harder the second time around because she already had a toddler to manage on top of recovery. Some mums find a warm compress and being mindful of posture when breastfeeding really helps, while others need a bit longer before it settles. Either way, do run both the burning sensation and the back pain by your doctor or specialist, since they can check whether what you're feeling is within normal healing range or needs some attention.

Hi sis, I had c-section before also and the first few days can feel quite strange around the tummy area, like burning, tightness or hot sensation because the muscles and nerves are still healing from the surgery. Back pain also quite common since we tend to move differently and carry ourselves awkwardly after the operation. But if the area is getting more painful, very red, swollen, has discharge, or you also get fever, then better go back and let the doctor check the wound to be safe okay. Otherwise, gentle movement and resting as much as you can usually helps a bit.
