Ganilia or Neurogain?

Hi saya sekarang dah 25 weeks. Saya plan nak consume Ganilia or Neurogain. Tapi orang kata Neurogain makan time 7 bulan pregnant. Any advices? Mana satu saya patut amik dulu?

I dah 6 months checkup KK, only got the 4 meds (iron, vit b, vit c & folic acid). Can i get the neurogain in pharmacy? When do you start to consume it ya?
