Aiyo, memang confusing kan timing macam ni! Bleeding yang very light like spotting boleh jadi implantation bleeding (which happens when embryo embeds in uterus), tapi boleh jugak jadi hormonal changes before period comes or signs period is starting. The best way to know for sure is do a home pregnancy test (tunggu until your period is officially late, so more accurate) or see your doctor, they can confirm with blood test which is more reliable than urine test, especially kalau timing masih awal. A few of my mum friends experienced spotting before they found out they were pregnant, but some juga it turned out bukan implantation, so really cannot say for certain! Don't stress too much, tapi jangan tunda check with doctor kalau you're concerned, they can put your mind at ease.
