subchorionic hematoma sepanjang trimester 1

Alhamdulillah the baby is okay, that must have been so scary! I didn't have subchorionic hematoma myself but a few friends did and most of them the bleeding stopped after a few weeks and the body reabsorbed it on its own, usually by second trimester it settles down, so you're at a good point now that you're heading into week 12. Just follow your doctor's advice with the Duphaston and rest, and honestly the fact that your scan showed baby is fine is the best sign; some moms do get spotting here and there throughout but the hematoma doesn't always mean it'll happen again. If you get more heavy bleeding or anything worries you though, don't wait, go straight to the hospital to get checked, better safe than sorry!
