Wa'alaikum assalam! Sayang, meskipun tak ada bleeding, cramps dan cramping pain in pregnancy kena check dengan doctor atau midwife ye, better safe than sorry, especially since it's been a full day. Jangan tunggu, go to clinic or call your midwife today okay? A few of us mums had similar things and turned out okay, but some needed attention, your peace of mind and baby's safety adalah priority.
