Alah sabar ye, first time memang anxiety macam tu normal! Lendir macam tu boleh jadi mucus plug yang lepas, tapi senggugut kejap2 je lagi belum sign active labour, biasanya contraction akan makin kuat dan regular, bukan yang hilang timbul je. A few of my mum friends pun lepas plug dulu then tunggu a few days baru actually labour, so jangan panic! Since you're so close to term dah, best to call your hospital or midwife je to confirm, sebab each pregnancy is different and they know your full history. Keep monitoring those contractions and jangan ragu to go in if anything feels off or the pain changes, better safe than sorry, especially first time!
