Since your little one is wetting nappies like usual, perut tak kembung, aktif, and nursing well, likely dia okie je, tapi honestly if it's been close to 5 days and you're worried, boleh check with the pediatrician just to ease your mind, a few of my mum friends were in the same boat and the doc reassured them immediately, so no harm asking!
