Is it safe taking creamaffin syrup?? (5 months pregnancy) It's been 1 week,still I am facing.. I don't want to eat anything.. ??

Gynae prescribe me Duphalac syrup. It works for me. Can buy from Watsons/Guardian pharmacy. Do drink lots of water too.

Creamaffin syrup was very useful,I also used the same thing for myself and it works 😉😉😉😉😉
