It's important that a pregnant woman remain hydrated so if it's water, it is okay but if it's soda, sweet drinks or caffeinated drinks, best to take them in moderation - whether they are cold or not. Generally, those are not healthy for mommy and the growing baby.

Mums need to drink more fluid during pregnancy to hydrate their body. scientifically , it is safe to drink cold drinks. Do not drink too much carbonated drinks and in replacement, You can drink cold milk to strengthen your bones.

Thank u to all mummy above:))

Everything is okay as long as taken with moderation. Just like vitamins, we cant take too much either though its good for us. So same thing with what we eat, drink or even use. Balance is the key word.

i drink cold plain water almost everyday. weather is too hot to bear..haha.. limit sweet and caffeine drinks though
