Congrats sa 7 months, mama! Since ang OB mo mismo ang nag-prescribe ng mga yan, siguradong safe, doctors won't give anything na makakasama sa baby. A few of us mums swear by the vitamins na binigay ng OB namin kasi alam namin trusted sila, so just follow what your doctor recommended. If you have any doubts or side effects, though, best to check back with your OB agad lang para peace of mind mo. You're doing great!
