Hi mommy ☺️ Ako meron acid reflux before being preggy. Wala ko iniinom na gamot sa ngayon kasi nakakatakot baka magkaron complication si baby. For now ang ginagawa ko, minamanage ko yung kinakain ko na food. Less oily, spicy or fatty na foods. Fizzy and maasim na drinks. More on gulay ako now pero kung hindi maiwasan kumain ng meat, in moderation lang and small portion. Do not over-eat ever dahil yun ang nagttrigger madalas ng acid reflux. Umiiwas din ako sa dairy. Wag agad humiga after kumain, lakad lakad onti and drink more warm water. Sleep ka din on your left side para di umakyat yung stomach acid mo. Mas malala talaga acid reflux pag preggy dahil sa hormones but you can manage it. On my 2nd tri and I feel much better. Stay safe mommy 💕
