Kotex Pants Pad

Hi! Any review for the Kotex Pants Pad. I have bought a few boxes for my maternity soon. As im giving birth real soon too. Its convenient to wear right after giving birth? No you guys still wear extra panty??

Is very good. I used it immediately after i can step out of bed go toilet to change. It doesnt leak no matter how i turn as im too painful after delivery. So wearing this pad i do not need to constantly worry abt anything.
