10 weeks now. Find it hard to choose a restaurant suitable for preggers while dining with colleagues

maybe it's not the restaurant problems. you are more cautious and restrict yourself on the food you eat especially for a first time mom.

What sort of restaurants are you looking for? In what way are the current places not suitable for 10 weeks pregnancy?

I didn't restrict myself from eating pizzas and pastas all these while thou.. I also eat cooked seafood but hardly only because I'm not a fan of seafood. Pasteurised cheese is okay to consume! I like cheese slices on wholemeal toasts for my quick breakfast fix.. my doctor says so long as no alcohol & no raw food, everything else in moderation is okay :)

um I think you can still dine in most if not all of the eateries and restaurants. What is your main worry?

If you’re referring to foods, you can pretty much still eat everything.
