recently transitioning from enfamil to nan, currently mixed 3 scoop enfamil and 2 scoop nan. every time baby drink the milk will poop like this? is it the nan??

Yes it’s diarrhea Maybe baby can’t take NaN Reason to transit? Maybe have to either try another brand or switch back
