recently transitioning from enfamil to nan, currently mixed 3 scoop enfamil and 2 scoop nan. every time baby drink the milk will poop like this? is it the nan??

This is obviously diarrhea. And I will never mix different brands of fm tgt oh my god. Shld bring Lo to pd.
