Ada kantung tapi keep spotting
So recently I went for ultrasound scan after UPT and they confirm a few things which is ada kantung, bukan diluar rahim, and dah 5 minggu 5 hari tapi janin belum nampak so kena tunggu lagi 2 minggu. But even from before the confirmation until now ni I keep having spottings and cramps so now I'm just lost on why I have these little drops of light blood (soft/dark brown). Told the clinic but they haven't given any advice to me on this so I'm kind of lost. Is this a normal thing and I'm worried for nothing 🥲 at times the cramps are worst than on my period and I get more cranky
