Frequent bowel

Hey Recently my 5 month old baby has been having frequent bowel movement, like arnd max 10 stool per day? However, each time she poop it’s just a little. Not watery but just softer than usual and it’s yellow. And there’s a little mucus, most prolly because she has runny nose too.. She had frequent bowel movement till there’s diaper rash. It’s been 5 days. Anyone experienced this before with their lo?

Is ur baby breastfed? Mine has been the same shart/small poop since the beginning so it felt normal. Also has more than 8 sharts a day when passing gas so alot of diaper cream and changing. It doesn't help when baby has flu and it's changes colour and has more mucus than usual usually viral. Might want to check with Dr?
