Watery stool with mucus for 13 month old

Oh mama, yes this does sound like diarrhoea, watery stools happening more than 3 times a day, plus that mucus you noticed, are the usual signs that something is off in her tummy. The good news is that she's still active and herself, so that's a positive sign, but the key things to watch are whether she's staying well-hydrated, has any vomiting, or if you see any blood in the stool, those would be clearer red flags to head to the clinic sooner rather than later. It's also worth cutting back on fruit juice for now since that can make watery stools worse, and keeping her on easy-to-digest foods. Given that it's been a few days already with mucus involved, I'd honestly lean towards just bringing her to the PD to get it checked properly, better to be safe, and do check with your own doctor since they can assess her best.
