How do I brave myself to stop pumping?

Mom’s guilt is there. I was a low supply for my firstborn. My 2nd born is slightly luckier coz i brave myself to pump every 3h. Recently has been horrible cause i have started working and i have to do everyting at hm and couldnt wake up! Well. Mental more impt. If cannot, fm is ok one!
