My pregnancy test came out positive, but the ultrasound was not very clear. My gynae is now giving me hormonal injections to help the foetus grow. Is it a common thing to do? I am a little worried.

Don't worry as nothing would be visible on ultrasound until your HCG levels reach 2000 which is usually around 6 weeks. Your gynecologist might be giving you progesterone injections.
