Nipple Issue

Can preggy tell me that it's normal for your nipple to be sensitive during pregnancy? When comes into contact with my nipple/friction with bra or clothes, my nipple will shrink and become wrinkled. It hurts super bad when it got wrinkled. Is it normal?

Mine gets super super sensitive to cold water especially when swimming and it's rubbing again my swimsuit, it gets painful. I think it's normal..
