Maid

Depends. If fresh maid but willing to learn, why not? If experience sometime they might wanna do things their way or follow previous employer which might not be what we want.

Experienced, we as first time parent would always worry about small thing with our kid. Knowing that our maid has experience taking care of kids helped a lot

Depends.... got to weigh pros and cons. Experienced ones might chut pattern after awhile. Fresh ones are very willing to learn....

I would prefer experienced maid as they can implement their prior learnings while taking care of my baby
