Hi mama, There are specialists who can help - specifically in PPD. Unfortunately, I would suggest speaking with someone and perhaps, with no obligations, get assessed before any real sessions or treatment to be on the safe side. Sweeping mental health under the carpet is not something I’d advise - especially as your baby and family both need you.
