I have history of depression before i got pregnant, and this pregnancy is not easy for me, just like you i have onset insomnia before i conceived i was monitored by my OB and psychiatrist closely, im now 34 weeks pregnant and thank God the baby is normal with all the test..dont mind them..upon extensive research and word from my medical team THE BABYBIS SLEEPING specially if the mother is awake or doing some activity "its like rocking them insode the womb" as long as you take good care of urself and had all.the vitamins you needed, then thats good. Dont mind the oldies...today we have modern technology that allows us to access into diff kind of research and studies from experts..wag mo praningin sarili mo..it will only add to ur stress..take it from me...

prang normal ngyn sa buntis ang hirap sa pgtulog mommy kc kht ang mga ob advice nung iba na mka 7 to 8hrs kang tulog ok na. my iba dn nmng preggy like me na morning person sanay sa pggcng sa umaga pro napuyat dn aq nung first tri ko.

Sabihin mo sa mga matatanda jan sa inyo try nila ulit mag buntis para hindi sila nangengeelam ng iba....mommy normal lang yan sa buntis ang hindi makatulog ng maaga as long as makumpleto mo ang 8hrs na sleep

Ang haba pa nga ng tlog mo eh. Hehe kmeng mga full time mom na / working mom puyat na gigisng pa ng 6am or earlier! Hahaha more or like 4 hrs sleep lang minsan o mas maikli pa.

That's totally fine. Have a lot of call center preggy friends (I resigned na) night shift sila and okay naman sila. Lol

Just like me, hirap na din ako makatulog ngayon. Madalas nagigising ako ng madaling araw and then hindi na ulit ako makatulog.

As long as nakakatulog ka ng 7-8 hours a day, okay na yun. Hindi naman ka naman sleep deprived.

Same here. 4 am lagi nakakatulog then 1 pm nagigising.
