Hi mama! Congratulations sa darating mong baby! For APAS CS, honestly the hospital will usually provide most things, pero I'd suggest preparing extra maternity pads (heavy flow talaga ang bleeding after CS), comfortable loose clothes na easy to change, and toiletries you prefer kasi ang hospital ones ay medyo basic lang. A few of us moms also bring extra underwear (disposable type dahil madidirty), a good nursing bra, and snacks na pwede sa post-op recovery, mga cookies or crackers na light lang para hindi mahirap sa tiyan. Don't stress too much though, kasi most hospitals are really equipped na, lalo na for APAS cases, so focus na lang sa rest at healing pagdating mo doon!
