Prenatal Milk

Hi po! I'm on my first trimester po and been drinking Anmum for two nights now. Pero since po uminom ako ng anmum, the follwing day na po eh I have loose bowel movement and frequent CR visits na. Should I stop drinking anmum or part lang sya ng pregnancy? What other milk altrnatives can you suggest po? Thank you!
