Anmum plain milk

Ay, ganyan din ako nung una with Anmum! Ang tummy ko talaga kumukukulog after, parang ang lasa or ang richness ng milk didn't sit well sa akin, honestly, baka lactose intolerance or baka ang specific formula lang ng Anmum doesn't agree with your tummy ngayon (pregnancy hormones can make things weird talaga). Try mo muna mag-stop for a few days to see if it helps, pero if the LBM continues or you're worried, better check with your OB to make sure everything's okay at baka ma-recommend nila ibang prenatal milk or approach na mas gentle sa tyan mo, a few of my mum friends learned na different formulas work differently sa iba, so worth exploring what suits you best.
