Simula na nun puyat kming magasawa lagi.. Ngayon lang na mag 3 month ma si baby ska lang umaayos ang sleeping pattern niya....pero lahat ng puyat and pagod is so worth it pag nakita mo na si baby and kpag nangitian ka na niya... As first time preggy.. Please make sure mo na yung mga sss at philhealth ng baby mo. No. 1 tips ko sayo yan. 2ND choose ka ng oby at kung saan ka manganganak much better kung magcheck ka na ng hospital base sa budget mo 😁 3rd. Wag kalimutan yung vitamins na itake at iwas sa matamis at maalat na foods 😁
First thing mommy is mag pa check up sa OB at maresetahan ng mga supplements na need mo and ni baby. Don't get frustrated kung mag pa TVS ka at wala pang makitang baby. Usuall 6-8 weeks makkita na ang sac, embryo at heartbeat. As much as possible pahinga ka lang sa bahay
