MENS TRACKER APP

Hello po, i been using FLO APP to track my cycle. Then nung nag start na po ako mag use ng ovulation test, nag try ako gumamit nung PREMOM APP, and iniinput ko yung mga mens ko. May nakagamit na po ba sainyo? Hindi accurateyung mens ng FLO APP & PREMOM APP.

Ah sis, yan talaga ang problema with those apps, hindi sila one-size-fits-all kasi bawat body ay iba, lalo na kung irregular ang cycle mo! A few of us mums tried Flo din, and honestly, some swear by it while others (like my friend Jen) got frustrated kaya nag-manual tracking na lang siya sa notes app or calendar with her ovulation tests. Kung gagamitin mo talaga, siguro mas accurate kung you input the data from your actual ovulation tests rather than relying on the app's predictions alone, gamit mo yung strips to verify, then update mo lang based sa actual results mo.
