Hi po! I am 13 weeks pregnant. Ive been taking Calcium and plan to take Vit. D also but my OB said it's not necessary the Vit. D. Sino po dito naka try na mag take Vit. D pill ng FERN-D? How benefecial po? It is safe for pregnant?

Ako po sis I got pregnant after taking POWER TRIO (fern d, fern activ and milkca) tinuloy ko po siya until now. Masasabi ko po na very beneficial po siya atsaka safe for all ages naman po ung product.

hi ask ko lng po if anung month na po kau ng pregnancy niu and tinutuloy niu parin po ba ang pagtake ng power trio? okay namn po ba ang result po sa inyo.. salamat po sa pagsagot,if you don’t mind po.

For any supplements while pregnant, it’s best to consult your OB. Pero vitamin D is good for your pregnancy Basta di sobra.
