Uy, mommy, I can't really tell from pictures, pero with the back pain at heaviness you're describing at 38+ weeks, please call your OB or go to the hospital na para ma-check properly, okay? These signs need a real exam, hindi lang online. Better safe talaga, especially malapit na due date mo! Keep us posted, and sending you prayers.
