Aww, normal delivery pain can last for weeks pa, a few of us FTMs experienced soreness for 3-4 weeks or more, especially pag active ka pa ulit agad, kaya take it easy muna talaga. Since wala na yung tahi pero masakit pa rin, best to check with your OB para ma-rule out kung may infection or something else, sometimes the tissue inside is still healing kahit hindi na visible yung stitches, or baka kailangan ng proper wound care pa. Hang in there, mommy, it does get better, promise!
