Hand cramps

Ay mama, hand cramps during pregnancy are pretty common actually, a few of us got it din, usually from hormones and fluid retention na nangyari sa pregnancy, pero mas safe talaga if you mention it to your OB just to be sure, especially since it's on one side lang, kaya let her check it out para walang alalahanin ka. In the meantime, try to rest your hands and maybe do some gentle stretches, okay? Ingat!
