Plz give food chart for my 5 years son.he is underweight.

Hi mommy I won't really be able to share a diet chart right now but I would say that you should start giving him a mix of healthy foods in a way that a kid would like. For instance, instead of making regular dal you could make dal soup. Instead of plain oats with milk you can add oats, ragi and sooji in batter and use it to make delicious vegetable idli or dosa. Same goes for mushroom or cheese omelette and such. Just try adding healthy options in new ways and encourage ur kid to eat
