What to put after removing the patches of c section

Pls help me what to put after i remove the patches of my c section.do i meed to put anything b4 the binder.or do ineed still to the binder.or exploring my c section#firstbaby #advicepls #firsttimemom

For me, I put on a silicone sheet first to prevent keloid scar frm forming on the csect area. My gynae gave me but u can also buy it urself, can find in Shopee. Then I just put the non sticky part of any kind of sanitary pad on the csect part. Then wear a high waisted underwear before wearing the binder.

I put the thick sanitary pad given by the hospital as a cushion and precaution in case I bleed.

It looks like this and it doesn’t has the adhesive side if I’m not wrong. I don’t understand what you meant by“put the binder too all the way”. Do you mean tightly? I first wore the one I bought at the hospital and it’s too tight. Then I switched to another one which I got from Taobao. The fitting was just nice.
