Week 12+ morning sickness not abating

Please could anyone help on how to cope with morning sickness. It has caused much distressed and loss of weights. Would it ever ends...

Eat small meals

Even small meals. Is just like a piece of cake. Then 1-2 hours later some guava - few slices. Can have a cup of anmum. Then that’s all for the entire day with some prenatal vitamins and calcium from gynae. How does someone to lose weigh and perform on the job if this carries on? 😢
