Any playgrounds that is suitable for 18months and below? If have, may i know the facilities as well?

well they have a ball pit and a section for toys, blocks all padded. for toddlers there is a playground, swing, art and dress up corner. there is also a cafe. I won't say it's the best. but price wise decent not too costly I think $10. and free for a year old below. can't recall.

I wouldn't recommend cool de sac as its very run down when I visited in late 2015 and the toys are very worn and old. Hokey Pokey might be more suitable?

indoor playground? I bring my boy to cool de sac at suntec city, they have activities for both babies and toddlers.
