Advise anyone

Hi, my period has been 13 days late (my last menses was 7th october). I went to my polyclinic last tuesday and they did urine test. It turned out to be positive. Along the way, theres been light spotting. However, today theres red blood on my pantyliner. Is there a possibility that im having my menses now? Or issit normal light bleeding or spotting? My 1st appointment at hospital will only be next tuesday. Anybody can help? Very worried here.
