Hey mama, I totally understand how isolating PCOS can feel! A few of us in our mum circle have PCOS din, and honestly ang best thing we've found is having a good OB-GYN na nakakaintindi talaga ng condition, hindi lang generic advice. Since walang community answers yet dito, I'd suggest posting your specific concern (whether it's about fertility, managing symptoms while pregnant, or postpartum stuff) kasi baka may iba dito na experience same thing and can relate to what you're going through!
